Description Bio-deinking as one of the alternatives has many advantages if compared with conventional deinking method. It might reduce time of pulping, the chemical consumption, the environmental pollution and keep better quality of paper produced. In this experiment there were two kinds of commercial enzyme, that is α-amylase with variety levels 0.25%-0.5%, acted in degrading of starch layer originated from surface sizing. And cellulose with variety levels 0.5%-2% that will degrade the ink on surface of fiber. The results showed that the use of  α-amylase and cellulase for deinking of mixed waste paper could increase the berghtness, as well as the strength of sheet that produce and decrease of the dirt count. Keywords: mixed waste paper, enzyme, deinkingINTISARI Bio-deinking sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam proses penghilangan tinta pada kertas bekas memiliki banyak kelebihan jika dibandingkan dengan metode deinking konvensional.
