Sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan praktisi humas dalam membidik sasaran melalui media, dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan kegairahan pasar, mengembangkan basis pelanggan inti dan mengubah pelanggan yang setia menjadi pembela.
