AbstractThis study aims to explain to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Ability on Employee Performance. The dependent variable indicator in this study is Employee Performance. The dependent variable indicators used are Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Ability. The data used are primary data, there are two kinds of Questionnaire data (Questionnaire) and Documentation, which are obtained from the questionnaire that we have distributed to employees of PT Etta Indotama. Sampling was carried out using the method using a saturated background sample using a saturated sample because the population was not too large with a total of 84 employees, therefore the sampling technique was taken from the entire population. Data analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Ability have a significant effect on employee performance. While partially testing the variables of Compensation, Motivation, Discipline and Ability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
