Description The purpose of implementing this service is to provide awareness and develop synchronous and asynchronous learning methods in educational institutions to be able to carry out learning effectively and interestingly. The implementation method for this community service, the abdimas team uses SKKNI No. 161, especially in the unit code P.8549000.015.01 as a reference in making a Virtual Study Room. The partner in this service activity is the Homeschooling Educational Institution of Neocendekia Eduka Wangsa, Bogor Regency, West Java. The results of this community service found several obstacles for tutors in providing distance learning, this was because there was still a lack of socialization and knowledge of distance learning models and methods. The abdimas team provides awareness so that paratutors find it easy to provide distance learning. And currently educational institutions routinely provide evaluation and supervision for tutors to increase their creative and modern teaching capacity.
Tujuan dari pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah untuk memberikan awareness dan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran synchronous dan asynchronous pada lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat menjalankan pembelajaran dengan efektif dan menarik. Metode pelaksanaan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim abdimas menggunakan SKKNI No. 161, khususnya pada kode unit P.854900.015.01 sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan Ruang Belajar Virtual. Yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah Lembaga Pendidikan Homescholing Neocendekia Eduka Wangsa, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini ditemukan beberapa kendala tutor dalam memberikan pembelajaran jarak jauh, hal tersebut dikarenakan memang masih kurangnya sosialisasi dan pengetahuan model dan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tim abdimas memberikan awareness sehingga para tutor mendapatkan kemudahan dalam memberikan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dan saat ini lembaga pendidikan rutin memberikan evaluasi dan supervisi bagi para tutor untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mengajar yang kreatif dan modern.
