Description The increasing number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia has caused the isolation rooms in several hospitals to become full, however, the hospital still has to pay attention to the efficiency value of using the Covid-19 isolation room. It is intended that hospitals get optimal results both in terms of income and workload of medical personnel. This study aims to determine the efficiency of the Covid-19 isolation room service based on Barber Johnson's theory. The method used in this study is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all patients who isolated Covid-19 in Hospital X. The samples taken were all patients who were in the isolation room of RS X. The data taken was a daily census of inpatients in the Covid-19 isolation room. inpatient rooms and registers. The results of this study showed that the fourth value in April was 60% BOR, AvLOS 6.8 days, TOI 4.47 days and BTO 2.65 times. Meanwhile in May, BOR was 58%, AvLOS was 6.62 days, TOI was 4.7 days and BTO was 2.72 times. The conclusion from the calculation of this study is that low bed use causes high bed use intervals. This is due to the lack of demand for beds which will have a negative impact on hospital revenues. Therefore, management should try to consider policies and carry out health promotion.
