Description This research is motivated by the low ability of students in communicating. Considering the small number of students, it is deemed appropriate to apply the everyone is a teacher here learning strategy so that students are active in learning, especially in terms of speaking skills. This research is a classroom action research conducted on sixth grade students of SDN 020 Karya Tani, Kempas District. The number of students is 7 people with 2 male students and 5 female students. The instruments used are observation sheets on the implementation of learning activities and students' speaking ability tests. The results showed that the students' speaking ability in the first cycle had an average of 69.71% which was in the medium category. In the second cycle, it increased to 82.85% which was in the high category. The conclusion based on the research results is that the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here learning strategy can improve students' speaking
