Description This study aims to determine the improvement of students' abilities during the sociolinguistic learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic using the STAD Type Cooperative Model through the Breakoutroom Zoom Application. This research is a Classroom Action Research using two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. The steps of implementing the research are carried out in four stages, namely: planning (planning), acting (acting), observing (observing), and reflecting (reflecting). As for the object of research is Sociolinguistic learning or lectures and the research subjects are students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education semester V, Faculty of Education, Hasyim Asy'ari University, totaling sixteen, 4 men and 12 women. The resulting data will be calculated quantitatively and analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in each cycle, there was an increase in the abilities experienced by students when using the stad-type cooperative learning model which was carried out online using the Zoom application
