Description This community service activity aims to provide knowledge, motivation, and skills training for members of the CMS Cooperative in South Tangerang. Floods that hit several areas in Indonesia, including Jabodetabek, have made us concerned. Sourced from information through both print and electronic media, flood victims, especially children and the elderly, get food and snacks that are less appropriate and less nutritious, for that the community service team at Indraprasta PGRI University, which consists of 2 lecturers assisted by one student, will help realize the wishes of partners. which should have been 25 people to 15 people (due to the busyness of partners along with their duties as mothers in accompanying their children to school via online) to raise awareness for flood victims, one of which is by making healthy snacks from sweet potatoes in the form of cookies or pastries. The method used in carrying out this activity is to begin with providing knowledge about entrepreneurship and motivation via video because it is still in the PSBB atmosphere due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Followed by hands-on practice of making healthy snacks from sweet potatoes that are packaged in a modern way through videos. The raw material from sweet potatoes educates the public so that they know that sweet potatoes can be a healthy and long-lasting snack and also look very modern. The external form is that partners gain entrepreneurial knowledge in the culinary field, can make healthy snack products from sweet potatoes in the form of cookies or pastries, increase awareness through healthy snacks/foods.
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan pelatihan keterampilan bagi ibu-ibu anggota Koperasi CMS di Tangerang Selatan. Musibah banjir yang melanda di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia termasuk di Jabodetabek, membuat kita prihatin. Bersumber dari informasi melalui media baik cetak maupun elektronik, para korban banjir terutama anak dan lansia mendapatkan makanan dan kudapan yang kurang layak serta kurang bergizi, untuk itulah tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Indraprasta PGRI yang berjumlah 2 dosen dibantu oleh satu mahasiswa akan membantu merealisasikan keinginan mitra yang seharusnya berjumlah 25 orang menjadi 15 orang (dikarenakan kesibukan mitra bersamaan dengan tugasnya sebagai ibu dalam mendampingi anak-anaknya sekolah melalui daring) untuk meningkatkan kepedulian kepada korban banjir yang salah satunya dengan membuat kudapan sehat dari ubi berupa kukis atau kue kering. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah diawali dengan pemberian pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan motivasi via video dikarenakan masih dalam suasana PSBB akibat pandemi Covid-19. Dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung membuat kudapan sehat dari ubi yang dikemas secara kekinian melalui video. Bahan baku dari ubi mengedukasi masyarakat supaya mengetahui bahwa ubi bisa menjadi kudapan sehat dan tahan lama juga tampilannya sangat kekinian. Bentuk luarannya mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan di bidang kuliner, bisa membuat produk kudapan sehat dari ubi berupa kukis atau kue kering, meningkatkan kepedulian melalui kudapan/ makanan sehat.
