This research discusses the management of the student activity unit (UKM) An-nadi lita'allumil lughatul arabiyah Mataram State Islamic University and how the division of tasks in the UKM. This research used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was used by using interview with Ro’is ‘Amm (general chairman) An-nadi and documentation. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out by: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, 3) conclusions. From this research it can be seen that the organizing system in UKM An-nadi is good because it has a clear organizational structure. Division of work or duties to members in a clear and written manner so that members carry out the program in accordance with their respective fields and jobs.
