Description Down the century’s humans embraced nature for living and worshiped nature as God. Humans were one with nature for their happiness. He thanked nature for all goodness received from it. He worshipped nature as God to ward off evil spirits. Worshiping nature is antiquity. Religious factors are found uniquely and comprehensively in the primitive literature. But, the word (Samayam) religion is not found anywhere in olden literature. Moreover, the names Saivam and Vainavam are also not found in them. Despite, this article explores how the worship of Lord Shiva came to existence and the religio-morals in Tamilnadu.
