Management of G5P1A3 10–11 Weeks of Pregnancy with History of Recurrent Miscarriage AbstractRecurrent miscarriage is the occurrence of miscarriage at least two or more consecutive times at gestational age less than 20 weeks and/or fetal weight less than 500 grams. Three or more miscarriages occur in 1% couples. The analysis of causes and risk factors for each patient is individualized, so that appropriate management can be carried out. Management is focused on condition before pregnancy and maintenance of the following pregnancy. We discuss about G5P1A3 10-11 weeks of pregnancy with history of recurrent miscarriages. Platelet hyperaggregation, which cannot be determined whether it is inherited or acquired suspected as the etiology of recurrent miscarriage in this patient. Further examination is needed to determine the diagnosis. Combination of aspirin and heparin is the appropriate management for this patient. Key word: aspirin, heparin, platelet hyperaggregation, recurrent miscarriage, thrombophilia
