Description Keberadaan guru sangat mempengaruhi tingkat konsentrasi siswa, namun keberadaan guru dibatasi oleh jam teknis sekolah. Untuk itu, perlu dibuat media pengajaran berwujud video pengajaran sehingga mempersering keberadaan guru. Tujuan kegiatan ini ialah untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan skill 39 guru di wilayah Kecamatan Mayangan Probolinggo dalam membuat video pengajaran yang dibantu aplikasi Camtasia dan YouTube. Pelatihan diselenggarakan sesuai tahap 1) pendahuluan, 2) pengembangan materi kegiatan, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan 4) evaluasi kegiatan. Jumlah partisipan yang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan kompetensi adalah meningkat 52,14% dari 36,07% menjadi 88,21%. Hasil testimoni memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mendapat wawasan dan skill baru dalam membuat video pengajaran. Peserta juga nyaman dengan cara mengajar pemateri yang digunakan. Kegiatan pelatihan terbukti bisa mengembangkan pengetahuan dan skill peserta pelatihan dalam membuat video pengajaran dengan bantuan Camtasia dan YouTube. Di pihak lain, kegiatan mengabdi kepada masyarakat yang diselenggarakan memiliki sejumlah keterbatasan yang bisa dijadikan peluang untuk aktivitas sejenis lainnya.
The presence of educators greatly affects the concentration level of students, but the presence of educators was limited by school operating hours. Therefore, it was necessary to create learning media in the form of teaching videos so as to strengthen the existence of teachers. The aim of this action was to improve the knowledge and skills of 39 teachers in Sub-district Mayangan Probolinggo in making learning videos utilizing Camtasia and YouTube. The implementation of this training is in accordance with phase 1) preliminary, 2) preparation of training materials, 3) training implementation and 4) evaluation of activities. The number of participants who experienced an increase in knowledge and skills increased by 52.14% from 36.07% to 88.21%. Testimonial results show that the majority of participants gained new insights and skills in creating learning videos. Participants were also comfortable with the learning methods used. This activity was proven to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in making Camtasia and YouTube assisted learning videos. On other side, this devotional activity had a number of limitations that can be used as opportunities for other similar activities.
