Description The problems experienced by Langga Dua farmer group partners are that agricultural waste has not been widely used as an organic fertilizer, there is no skill in processing agricultural waste into organic fertilizer, and there is no knowledge of how to make a simple grass chopper using a motor. Thus the aim of this community service programs is to provide knowledge and skills to farmer group partners in utilizing agricultural waste into organic fertilizer, as well as being able to design and make grass chopper using an electric motor as a driving force. It is also hoped that partners can develop organic fertilizer products into new businesses. The use of organic fertilizers from agricultural waste (straw and forage leaves) in farming will create a sustainable, environmentally friendly agriculture. The method of approach which is used to train partners is training and demonstration, besides that it is also used the method of lectures and discussions. The results obtained were partners were able to realize the use of organic fertilizers and were able to produce organic fertilizers. In addition, partners in the future prefer to use organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers.
Permasalahan yang dialami mitra kelompok tani Langga Dua adalah limbah pertanian belum banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pupuk organik, belum adanya keterampilan mengolah limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik, belum adanya pengetahuan membuat alat pencacah rumput sederhana menggunakan motor penggerak.  Dengan demikian tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada mitra kelompok tani dalam memanfaatkan limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk organik, serta dapat merancang dan membuat alat pencacah rumput dengan menggunakan motor listrik sebagai penggerak. Diharapkan juga mitra dapat mengembangkan produk pupuk organik menjadi usaha baru. Pemanfaatan pupuk organik dari limbah pertanian (jerami dan daun hijauan) dalam berusaha tani, maka akan tercipta pertanian ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk melatih mitra adalah pelatihan dan demonstrasi, selain itu digunakan pula metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah mitra mampu menyadari kegunaan dari pupuk organik dan mampu memproduksi pupuk organik. Selain itu, mitra ke depannya lebih memilih menggunakan pupuk organik dibanding pupuk kimia.
