The article presents research results on agricultural economic development in new rural construction. The study conducted a survey with the participation ofwas 391 households living in 03 representative communes/wards, namely, Dong Tien, Phuc Thuan, and Dac Son and 52 local agricultural managers and specialized officers; investigated 20 enterprises - cooperatives; and interviewed 20 experts with in-depth expertise in economics, economic management, rural and agricultural economics. The collected data were processed and calculated with some common statistical quantities of the observed sample such as standard deviation (SD), standard error (SE), coefficient of variation (CV%)…The study pointed out the current situation of issue, at the same time proposing specificsolutionsto promote the development economy in building a new countryside towards urbanization in Pho Yen town such as strengthening the role of the government in rural economic development; promoting the restructuring of the rural economy; developing infrastructure; increasing qualified human resources for the rural economy; modernizing agricultural and rural production.
Bài viết trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu về phát triển kinh tế nông nghiệp trong xây dựng nông thôn mới. Nhóm nghiên cứu đã khảo sát 391 hộ sinh sống tại 03 xã/phường đại diện là Đồng Tiến, Phúc Thuận và Đắc Sơn và 52 cán bộ quản lý và chuyên trách về nông nghiệp của địa phương; điều tra 20 doanh nghiệp -hợp tác xã; và phỏng vấn 20 chuyên gia có chuyên môn sâu về kinh tế, quản lý kinh tế, kinh tế nông nghiệp nông thôn. Các dữ liệu thu thập được xử lý, tính toán với một số đại lượng thống kê thông dụng của mẫu quan sát như: độ lệch chuẩn (SD), sai số chuẩn (SE), hệ số biến động (CV%)… Nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra thực trạng của vấn đề, đồng thời đề xuất những giải pháp cụ thể nhằm đẩy mạnh sự phát triển kinh tế trong xây dựng nông thôn mới theo hướng đô thị hóa tại thị xã Phổ Yên như tăng cường vai trò của chính quyền trong phát triển kinh tế nông thôn; thúc đẩy chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông thôn; phát triển hệ thống kết cấu hạ tầng; phát triển nguồn nhân lực có chất lượng cho kinh tế nông thôn; hiện đại hóa sản xuất nông nghiệp, nông thôn. |
