The article describes the antecedents that guided the preparation and approval of the General Law of Educational System (LOGSE). The experimental programs and debates prior to the presentation of the White Paper and the LOGSE are analyzed and their objectives, their development and the first years of application are highlighted. The last sections summarize the main strengths and weaknesses of the law.
El artículo describe los antecedentes que orientaron la elaboración y aprobación de la Ley de Ordenación General del Sistema Educativo (LOGSE). Se analizan los programas experimentales y los debates previos a la presentación del Libro Blanco y de la LOGSE y se destacan sus objetivos, su desarrollo y los primeros años de aplicación. En los últimos apartados se resumen los principales aciertos e insuficiencias de la ley. |
