Carlos Utrera has been an education inspector since 1989 and throughout his career he has held positions of responsibility in the Educational Inspection Services of Cantabria and Madrid. He has also been president of the Association of inspectors of Madrid and president of ADIDE-Cantabria. Since 2015 he has served as president of ADIDE-Federation. He has been the eleventh president and under his mandate the last two national congresses of Valladolid and Bilbao have been developed. In October of this year 2019, he did not show up for the renovation and gave way to Lourdes Oureta Mendía, president of the association of inspectors education of the Basque Country. Carlos Utrera es inspector de educación desde el año 1989 y a lo largo de su carrera ha ocupado los puestos de responsabilidad en los Servicios de Inspección Educativa de Cantabria y Madrid. También ha sido presidente de la Asociación de inspectores de Madrid y presidente de ADIDE-Cantabria. Desde el año 2015 ha desempeñado el puesto de presidente de ADIDE-Federación. Ha sido el undécimo presidente y bajo su mandato se han desarrollado los dos últimos congresos nacionales de Valladolid y Bilbao. En octubre de este año 2019, decidió no presentarse a la renovación y ceder el paso a Lourdes Oureta Mendía, presidenta de la asociación de inspectores e inspectoras de educación del País Vasco. |
