Description Abstract
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic affects psychological conditions and changes in human behavior that are broader in nature over a longer period of time. This also has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. Teachers and students will become accustomed to conducting distance learning interactions. Almost all campuses in Indonesia apply the WFH (Work From Home) policy for lecturers / employees, and study from home for students as well as the STIB Banyuwangi. This study aims to analyze online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with informants consisting of lecturers and students in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that learning carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in the education department used an online model with applications in the form of: meet google, zoom, whatsapp, telegram, google classroom, youtube, teamlink, and messenger. Online learning runs smoothly, even though it is not ideal. Student learning outcomes vary, ranging from unsatisfactory, moderate to good. The obstacles faced by students and lecturers in online learning include: availability of internet quotas, unstable networks, and supporting devices such as devices and laptops. Online learning is considered effective if it is applied during the Covid-19 pandemic, but a more varied model is needed to keep it interesting if used in the long term.
