Description The successful application of dynamic light scattering and electron magnetic resonance spectroscopy technique to control the formation of nanosized particles of iron oxides  in iron oxides containing aqueous polyethylene-glycol  dispersions is shown. The formation of  the pegylated  iron oxides particles with  superparamagnetic properties in this system is established.
