Description This study agreed to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Loans on earnings growth. Research is a type of quantitative research with a confirmatory approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from Financial Statements that have been published by the Foreign Exchange Private Bank through the official website of Bank Indonesia. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria used, there are five banks that deserve to be sampled, namely Bank Bukopin Tbk, Bank Central Asia Tbk, Bank Cimb Niaga Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and Bank Mega Tbk. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the F test shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), simultaneously affect the Profit Growth. And based on the t test Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) significantly influence Profit Growth, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) significantly influence Profit Growth
