Description Menurut UU Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik pasal 1 ayat 1 dinyatakan bahwa pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Warudoyong masih dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat. Prosedur pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Warudoyong kurang efektif dikarenakan masih terjadi hal-hal seperti pelayanan yang kurang jelas. Pencatatan data masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pelayanan publik menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem pelayanan publik online yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam pengajuan layanan tanpa harus datang ke Kecamatan. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengetahui prosedur pengajuan layanan yang ada di Kecamatan Warudoyong. Masyarakat juga bisa mengupload semua persyaratan pelayanan publik di aplikasi tersebut dengan mudah. Pengajuan masyarakat yang sudah diajukan melalui website dapat dengan mudah dicek kapan saja oleh masyarakat.According to Law Number 25 Year 2009 concerning Public Services article 1 paragraph 1 stated that public services are activities or a series of activities in the framework of meeting service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and population of goods, services, or administrative services provided by public service providers. But in its implementation, public service activities in Warudoyong District are still complained by the community. The procedure for implementing public services in Warudoyong District is less effective because there are still things like unclear services. Recording data is still done conventionally, so it takes a long time. This study aims to build a public service information system using the waterfall method. The result of this research is online public service system can facilitate the public in submitting services without having to come to the District. The public can easily find out the service submission procedure in Warudoyong District. The public can also upload all public service requirements in the application easily. Community submissions that have been submitted via the website can be easily checked at any time by the community.
