This paper reports the development of a graphical interface that simulates the movement of the P-95 BM aircraft in the maritime search missions. To familiarize the reader, information about the aircraft, the crew and the type of mission are presented. After that, it is shown how, from data collected of flight, a relation between curve inclinations and changes in the direction of advance of the aircraft was established, by means of the mathematical method of least squares approximation, plane geometry and trigonometry. With the knowledge of this relation it is possible to base the programming of this new graphic tool for training the search crews.
Este artigo relata o desenvolvimento de uma interface gráfica que simula a movimentação da aeronave P-95 BM nas missões de busca marítima. Para ambientar o leitor, inicialmente informa-se a respeito da aeronave, da tripulação e do tipo de missão. Após, demonstra-se como, a partir da coleta de dados de voo, estabeleceu-se uma relação entre inclinações de curva e alterações na direção de avanço da aeronave, por meio do método matemático de aproximação por quadrados mínimos, da geometria plana e da trigonometria. Com o conhecimento dessa relação é possível embasar a programação desta nova ferramenta gráfica para treinamento das tripulações de busca. |
