Description Abstrak Pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian kali ini, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan yaitu menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, serta menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar. Dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini metode penulisan yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuesioner dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden karyawan di Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi dengan SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang dibuat, yaitu pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar yaitu tetap mempertahankan pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang sudah dilakukan. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan Influence Of Work Training And Work Motivation To Employee Performance In Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar Abstract Job training and work motivation are important factors in improving employee performance. In this study, the authors conducted a study with the aim of analyzing the effect of job training on employee performance at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, and analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar. In this scientific paper, the research method used was a questionnaire with a saturated sample technique with employee respondents at Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar, interviews and literature review. The sample in this study were 110 respondents. The method of analysis uses regression with SPSS ver 25. The results of this study support the hypothesis, namely that job training and work motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. The advice that can be given to Swiss-Bel Hotel Mangga Besar is to maintain job training and work motivation that has been done. Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance
