Description This article discusses the relationship between man and nature for Marx, going through the influence of the philosophers predecessors to him until his 1844 manuscripts. The central argument is that Marx developed and elaborated in a radical way the movement of breaking the closed monad of the Cartesian cogito initiated by Fichte and Shelling and the movement of position of the human man through the mediation of the work initiated by Hegel.
