Description Pendidikan Inklusi pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk menfasilitasi kebutuhan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Pidie Jaya merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang sudah menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusi dari tahun 2009, namun pada pelaksanaannya masih menemukan kendala-kendada di sekolah penyelenggara inklusi khususnya bagi guru bimbingan khusus (GBK). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di Pidie Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dimana penelitian berusaha menjelaskan, menganalisis fakta di lapangan secara alamiah yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di Pidie Jaya. Hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya pelatihan-pelatihan bagi GBK untuk membekali mereka dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi. Teacher Perception of Implementation Inclusive Education on Pidie Jaya Inclusive education is basically aimed to facilitate the educational needs of children with special needs (ABK). Pidie Jaya is one of the districts that has been providing inclusive education from 2009, but in its implementation still finds obstacles in inclusive schools especially for special guidance teachers (GBK). The purpose of this study is to find out how the teacher's perception of the implementation of inclusive education in Pidie Jaya. The method used is qualitative, where the research tries to explain, analyze facts in the field naturally which is descriptive. The results show that there is still a lack of teacher perception towards the implementation of inclusive education in Pidie Jaya. This is due to the lack of training for GBK to equip them in implementing inclusive education
