Description Now a day, internet is global media that have all type of information related almost all areas which access publically in the world. Some type of Information available over the Internet/website is not acceptable and illegal contents  in some countries. Main theme of censorship is to block and control over the unacceptable contents at gateway point of the country. The web censorship is implemented in many countries like England, Turkey, China, Thailand, Singapore, Chile, Iran, India and Pakistan. The web censorship policy and mechanism vary from country to country. Our study  is to analyze the tools and techniques implemented by broadband Cellular ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Pakistan such as  Ufone, Zong, Mobilink, Telenor and Warid. We propose methods for using the censorship techniques with help of filtering i.e. DNS level and HTTP level filtering  and  point out the effectiveness of tools and techniques  executed for  censorship of  not permitted  contents or illegal information inside website which is not acceptable in  Pakistan.
