Description There exists a very sophisticated relationship between Human and the Computer. The interaction between them depends on the input given by the Human and its response by the Machine. The evolution of Information technology over the period has provided great impetus in the development of Human psychology and helped in resolving the most intricate issues confronted. However, technology can prove to be cataclysmic if failed to meet the expectations of users. The advent of Biometric Attendance System (BAS) has revolutionized the concept of Attendance System at Colleges, Offices and in various places. This System functions by using the information about a Person to identify that Person. Moreover, it works effectively on the basis of using the unique Biological traits of the Person. The Finger-prints BAS was installed in almost all Public Colleges of Sindh Province to ensure the presence of teaching-staff on the Campus during duty hours to enhance the quality learning outcome. The execution of this System in Public Colleges of Larkana (one of the districts of Sindh) raises many issues. The data is collected by dint of various interviews conducted from teaching staff of different Public Colleges of Larkana to identify those issues. This paper attempts to recommend their solutions. Author is very thankful to the teaching-staff including Male & Female who extended their support and spared their precious Time in accomplishment of the objectives of this research.
