Kebutuhan fasilitas yang terpelihara dengan baik tentunya dapat mempengaruhi aktifitas dalam gedung. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu program kerja pemeliharaan bangunan demi mencapai umur bangunan yang direncanakan. Permasalahan yang ada di kontraktor adalah masih menggunakan komunikasi telepon untuk menerima pelaporan setiap kerusakan gedung. Dari latar belakang tersebut munculah sebuah solusi, yakni dengan membangun aplikasi komputer untuk mendapatkan pengolahan data, dan salah satunya aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi ini dibangun berbasis web dan menyediakan informasi mengenai bangunan dalam aspek struktur serta melakukan pengelompokkan kerusakan bedasarkan kriteria kerusakan. Aplikasi ini diuji dengan teknik pengujian Blackbox dimana semua pengujian telah tercapai. Hasil dari aplikasi ini berupa rekap pelaporan pekerjaan pemeliharaan bangunan dimana terdapat 4 kategori kerusakan yaitu kerusakan ringan, kerusakan sedang, kerusakan berat, kerusakan total. Aplikasi ini hanya bisa digunakan untuk pelaporan kerusakan bangunan.
