Description The revolutions always affect the society. When we talk about Hindustan, Muslim ruled many years on subcontinent therefor Islamic law affect the Hindu social law especially on status of women. Before Islamic law many traditional law impose on women as religious law and women cannot break the rules willingly or unwillingly, she have to follow them at any cost. Mughal Empire bought first step to break the socio religious law. This article highlighted the issues which is also prevailing in Hindu society and comparatively Islam give the moderate law for women but the good sign is this Hindu society continue struggling and make the change in Indian law for freedom of women.
