Description The study was conducted to find out high school teacher’s difficulties on implementing 2013 curiculum. This research was qualitative descriptive research. The population were 78 high school biology teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The sample was taken using proportionate random sampling. The collected data were description of learning quality, learning assessment, and learning implementation, which was collected using questionnaire  and interview. The results showed that planning difficulties were formulating teaching learning indicators and selecting appropriate teaching materials. The difficulty in the difficulties learning implementation were conditioning and activate students, manage time, and applying scientific approaches and PjBL model. The difficulties in the assessment aspect were making cognitive questions, conducting learning activities in affective domain, and take action naturally in the psychomotor domain.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan pendidik biologi SMA se-Kota Bandar Lampung dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 78 pendidik Biologi SMA se-Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Data penelitian ini berupa deskripsi kesulitan pendidik dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan melakukan penilaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan pada aspek perencanaan adalah merumuskan indikator dan memilih materi ajar yang sesuai. Kesulitan pada aspek pelaksanaan adalah mengkondisikan dan mengaktifkan peserta didik, manajemen waktu, dan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik dan PjBL. Kesulitan pada aspek penilaian meliputi penyusunan soal ranah kognitif, melakukan kegiatan membentuk watak pada ranah afektif, serta melakukan tindakan secara alami pada ranah psikomotor.Kata kunci: kesulitan, kurikulum 2013, pendidik biologi
