Good corporate governance is needed in the banking world especially by the BPR to survive. Support for improvement in good bank governance is evidenced by the issuance of the Financial Services Authority Regulation number: 4 / POJK.03 / 2015 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance for Rural Banks. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT. BPR Dharma Nagari, problems and settlement efforts conducted by PT. BPR Dharma Nagari in applying GCG principles, and the responsibility of directors in applying GCG principles to PT. BPR Dharma Nagari.This research is an empirical law research that is legal research that examines and analyzes about legal work in society, where the legal behavior of individual or society in relation to law and data source used comes from primary data. Results obtained by PT. BPR Dharma Nagari after implementing GCG is guided by Regulation of Financial Services Authority number: 4 / POJK.03 / 2015 on the Application of Good Corporate Governance for Rural Banks, with five basic principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence.Problems found by PT. BPR Dharma Nagari in applying GCG principles is the implementation of ineffective law, weakness of risk management, weakness of human resources and culture at PT. BPR Dharma Nagari that does not support. Things done by PT. BPR Dharma Nagari to overcome these obstacles are PT. BPR Dharma Nagari conducts supervision by SPI. Improving the quality of human resources, carrying out the recruitment of employees openly. Board of Directors of PT. BPR Dharma Nagari is fully responsible for the implementation of GCG principles at PT. BPR Dharma Nagari is evidenced by the operational decision making which is conducted by the Board of Directors independently.
