Description This study describes the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the XYZ Radio, a Public Broadcasting Institute. A total of 50 respondents were taken as samples by purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression, correlation test and hypothesis test (t-test.). The results of the associative quantitative research above are service quality has a positive and a strong significant influence and correlation to customer satisfaction.
