Description ABSTRACT  This study will employ experimental research; quasi-experimental research by factorial 2x2 and posttest-only control group designs. The data will be analyzed by quantitative method. The data collected by using video where each of students asked to record their activity and conversation with native speaker. Then the data will be analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 of t-test. In finding out the result and the causes, the researcher decided to do some steps. First, researcher introduces the purpose of benchmarking Strategy to students. Second, apply the concept of 5W2H to answer some questions started by Who, What, When, Where and Why and two others how and how much. It means that the students should asked native speaker about some questions by using those words questions. Third, record their activities during implementation of English Specific Purpose.  Fourth, make a report about those activities. In order to improve their ability in speaking, English Department Program of STKIP YPM Bangko asked them to follow implementation of English for Specific Purpose for tourism, one of the requirements are they should pass the course of English for Specific Purpose in previous semester. Key words: Speaking Ability, Benchmarking Strategy
