Description Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses komodifikasi konten, khalayak, dan pekerja pada akun Instagram @salman_al_jugjawy. Menggunakan teori komodifikasi, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi eksploitasi dan komodifikasi konten, khalayak, dan pekerja secara tidak langsung terhadap para pengikut (followers) akun Instagram @salman_al_jugjawy. Eksploitasi dan komodifikasi terjadi secara halus karena hampir semua pengikut akun @salman_al_jugjawy adalah para penggemar yang dengan suka rela akan ikut membantu penyebaran informasi pada komunitas-komunitas virtual di Instagram.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi politik media, komodifikasi, Instagram  This study aims to analyze the commodification of content, audiences, and workers on Instagram accounts @salman_al_jugjawy. Using the commodification theory, the approach used is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results showed that there was an exploitation and commodification of content, audiences, and workers indirectly towards followers (followers) of Instagram accounts @salman_al_jugjawy. Exploitation and commodification occur smoothly because almost all followers of the @salman_al_jugjawy account are fans who will voluntarily help spread information to virtual communities on Instagram.Keywords: Media political economy, commodification, Instagram
