Abstrak Pada dasarnya kelahiran sebuah sekolah merupakan refleksi dari kondisi masyarakat. Sehingga secara alamiah hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat harus selalu terjaga. Faktanya bahwa tidak semua sekolah dapat menjaga relasi tersebut, bahkan mengabaikan posisi masyarakat. Padahal pelanggan utama layanan pendidikan adalah masyarakat. Kemampuan sekolah untuk selalu relevan dengan kondisi masyarakat adalah pertanda kualitas sekolah tersebut. Dalam kondisi demikian peran organ kehumasan dalam lembaga pendidikan menjadi penting dalam menjaga ikatan antara sekolah dengan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Humas, Kualitas, Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Abstract Basically the birth of a school is a reflection of the condition of the community.
