Description Media komunikasi adalah pilihan setiap perhotelan dalam menyampaikan informasi hotelnya kepada konsumen. Berbagai upaya promosi melalui media massa telah dilakukan oleh Hotel Ponty. Diperlukan peran Public Relations untuk menciptakan branding perusahaan, maka public relations harus mampu menjalin hubungan baik dengan publik internal maupun eksternal demi terwujudnya citra positif di masyarakat. Media relations adalah salah satu kebutuhan Hotel Ponty, agar bisa menjalin kerjasama dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan media massa, melaui upaya memberikan pelayanan kepada media, menegakkan suatu reputasi agar dapat dipercaya, memasok naskah informasi yang baik, melakukan kerjasama yang baik dalam menyediakan informasi, penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai, dan membangun hubungan secara personal dengan media. Media communication is the choice of every hotel in delivering hotel information to consumers. Various promotional efforts through mass media have been carried out by the Ponty Hotel. The role of Public Relations to create corporate branding, then public relations must be able to establish good relations with the internal and external public for the sake of creating a positive image in the community. Media relations is one of the needs of the Ponty Hotel, in order to establish cooperation and establish good relations with the mass media, through efforts to provide services to the media, establish a reputation for trustworthiness, supply good information texts, carry out good cooperation in providing information, providing adequate facilities, and building personal relationships with the media.
