Description This research is conducted on the basis of the low ability of students' mathematical creative thinking especially in raising new ideas when solving problems. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of learning think pair share to the creativelly mathematical thinking through problem posing. Learning think pair share through problem posing is a learning-based submission problem, the students ask questions based on the situation given teachers in sequential pairs. This research used a quasi experimental design non equivalent control group design with the 32 students class V SDN Cikasungka 02 as experimental class and 34 students class V SDN Cikasungka 01 as control class. The instruments used are tests and non test. The result showed that the improvement of students' mathematical ability in the experimental class and the control class with a value of 0,000 and the quality is different in each N-Gain by 0,417 and 0,242. Mathematical creative thinking of students also experienced an increase in difference with the comparative tcount> ttable (5,104 > 1,999). The result showed that learning think pair share through problem posing gives influence to students mathematical creative thinking. This learning can be used as an alternative learning activity in elementary school mathematics.
