Description This research is a research based on the results of existing research before, then plus theoretical studies and make inferences related to the influence of teacher performance on student learning motivation. The results of the study of several studies relevant to teacher performance and student learning motivation include: 1) Teacher performance contributes big enough to student's learning motivation of 35,3% to student's learning motivation. 2) there is a significant relationship between interest and motivation to learn students, especially on sports subjects and art based on rapot results with survey. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning activities.
