Description This research is based on teachers’ skill in managing the class to create and maintain optimal learning atmosphere. It’s closely related to their fulfillment of pedagogical competency. An essential aspect that teachers are required to have the ability and the skill in managing classrom activity. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Nagarasari district Cipedes region Tasikmalaya. The design used in quntitative approach with descriptive method consisting of collecting, analyzing, and exposuring the result of techers' pedagogical competency analysis. The sample are three techers taken based on minimum grade of III B and certified as professional teachers.  Questionnaire sheet,  peer assessment,  and interview with school princial are used for measuring their competency. The result showed that according to students' characteristics mastery on physical, moral, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual aspects, the techers reached high criteria. The overall total average number of the three stated respondents is in the high range with the value of 79.
