Description The purpose of this research is to find the influence between cooperative learning method (Jigsaw, TPS) and personality (extrovert, introvert) to the ability of writing scientific articles on students of State Senior High School (SMA) 2 Ciamis in class XII. The research used experimental method with 2X2 factorial design. The sample numbered 57 students. The results showed that: (1) cooperative learning method jigsaw model ( = 65,88) higher than method of TPS model (Think Pair Share). ( = 59,88) to students' writing skill, (2) extrovert personality ( = 65,69) higher than introvert ( = 60,06); (3) there is interaction between cooperative learning method and personality type to writing skill (4) extroverted personality and jigsaw model ( = 77.75) higher than TPS technique ( = 53.63), (5) jigsaw learning technique ( = 54.00) lower than TPS technique ( = 66 ), (6) learning jigsaw technique and having extroverted personality ( = 77,75) higher than introverted type ( = 54,00), (7) learning method of TPS model and having extrovert personality type ( = 53,63) lower than the introverted personality type ( = 66.13).
