Description The evaluation research aimed to acknowledging the effectiveness ofthe implementationofearly childhood education standards in Negeri Pembina kindergarten.The evaluation researchis selected as a research method, use the CIPP model from Daniel Stufflebeam. The instrumenwere use in this research is interview, observation, document study and questionnaire andanalisyzing data use the descpriptive statistic and qualitative technique.The result of reasearchgive a conclusion that the implementation of early childhood standards has not been effective.Itwas seem from (1) Teacher average graduation of SPGTK, (2) Headmaster of Negeri Pembinakindergarten garduation of DII PGTK, (3) Negeri Pembina kindergarten has not been thecurriculum, (4) Semester program acktivity and weekly activities plan were order to Ikatan GuruTaman Kanak-kanak Indonesia (IGTKI), (5) format and contain ofdaily aktivities plan were makecopy paste, (6) Assessment for progress ofchildren were generally for each children. Some aspectwere relative like as, development aspect, utilities and infrastructure.

Abstrak: Penelitian evaluasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan standar PAUD diTK Negeri Pembina Ende. Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi dan model CIPP dari DanielStufflebeam. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, studidokumen, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan standar PAUD belumberjalan efektif, dimana kualifikasi akademik guru adalah tamatan SPGTK, kualifikasi akademikkepala sekolah setingkat DII PGTK, sekolah tidak memiliki kurikulum, program kegiatan semesterdan rencana kegiatan mingguan/RKM disusun melalui wadah IGTKI, dan penilaian terhadappeserta didik belum dilakukan secara individu. Tentang sarana dan prasarana, gedung sekolahdidirkan dekat makam, gedung belakang dan samping kanan sekolah berbatasan dengan lahanyang lebih tinggi menyerupai tebing, alat permainan edukatif/APE dalam ruang kelas dalamkondisi tidak bersih, tidak diperbarui dan masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan area yang ada. Alatpermainan luar ruang beralaskan lantai belum memperhatikan faktor keselamatan anak.
