Description This paper describes the background, role and impact of the involvement of Andi Selle in the throes of armed in South Sulawesi.  This research is both a descriptive analysis using historical methods, through stages: heuristic, interpretation, criticism, and historiography. The involvement of Andi Selle in the throes of armed internal conflict caused by the TNI in the body. Armed upheaval since before independence until the period of independence Andi Selle was involved in a series of conflicts with some of the parties. The upheaval affect ethnic hatred caused his soldiers are considered acts of violence hurt the people's Rail, as well as the monopoly of trade in the region.
