Title THE VALUE OF LEADERSHIP TOWARDS ORGANISATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY IN AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE

Creator Ebie, Samuel

Description The importance of leadership for organisational sustainability is critically examined in relation to its environment and situation. Leadership traits, structure in an organisational context, approaches, perspectives and the dynamic of a constantly changing organisational environment are presented in coherent themes of arguments. This paper asserts that the leadership-followership dichotomy should be healthily maintained asprerequisite for organisational survival and sustainability in uncertain terrain and times.
