Description The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the management of IPK data (Achievement Indices Comulative) and ease in knowing the study period of students. This research is done because the data processing IPK which is currently done using Excell not efficient because every year have to add new sheet. In addition to knowing the study period of students in completing their studies also takes time because they have to perform manual. The author uses several methods for the data collection process that is using the method of observation by doing direct observation of data processing IPK, using reference method in the form of journals or scientific articles relevant to this research. To build this information system the author uses a Waterfall model consisting of six stages of Investigation, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and maintenance. This study produces a IPK data collection system and calculation of the study period built using the programming language Delphi XE2 and Microsoft Access. This system can be used to input student data, Academic Advisor, student status every semester, and calculation of study period. Can provide information on how many semesters the student is active, how long the study period is taken by the student
