By the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission №. 80 dated 09/14/2021, a new edition of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the EAEU was approved, which entered into legal force on January 1, 2022. This edition has made a number of changes to the classification part of the Customs Code of the EAEU. This article discusses the changes that affected the group of 30 "Pharmaceutical products".
Решением Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии от 14.09.2021 №80 утверждена новая редакция единой Товарной номенклатуры внешнеэкономической деятельности ЕАЭС (далее ‒ ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС), которая вступила в юридическую силу 1 января 2022 года. Данная редакция внесла ряд изменений в классификационную часть ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС. В данной статье рассмотрены изменения, которые коснулись группы 30 ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС «Фармацевтическая продукция». |
