In this article, customs expertise is considered as a social and legal phenomenon that reflects mutual expert activity. The article highlights problematic issues arising from the interaction of customs authorities and the Central Forensic Customs Administration of the Russian Federation in the process of organizing and conducting customs examinations, as well as using their results.
В данной статье таможенная экспертиза рассматривается как общественно-правовое явление, которое отображает взаимную экспертную деятельность. Освещаются проблемные вопросы, возникающие при взаимодействии таможенных органов и Центрального экспертно-криминалистического управления Российской Федерации в процессе организации и поведении таможенных экспертиз, а также использовании их результатов. |
