Due to constantly changing conditions, changes also occur within systems. This leads to the need for adaptation and the emergence of stressful situations within organizational structures, which in turn negatively affects the professional and emotional state of employees. The article examines the process of professional burnout in modern conditions of work of state authorities and customs service. The factors and causes of burnout are analyzed, as well as measures to preserve human capital in the customs authorities are proposed.
В силу постоянно меняющихся условий происходят изменения и внутри систем. Это приводит к необходимости адаптации и появлению стрессовых ситуаций внутри организационных структур, что в свою очередь негативно сказывается на профессиональном и эмоциональном состоянии сотрудников. В статье рассматривает процесс профессионального выгорания в современных условиях работы органов государственной власти и таможенной службы. Проводится анализ факторов и причин выгорания, а также предложены мероприятия по сохранению человеческого капитала в таможенных органах. |
