Description Abstrak_ Tipologi bangunan Rusunawa Mahasiswa sebagai hunian vertikal berlantai tiga atau empat nampaknya lebih berisiko menjadi tempat penularan COVID-19 dibandingkan hunian tapak. Abstract_ The typology of the student flats building as a vertical residence with three or four floors seems to be more at risk of becoming a place of transmission of COVID-19 compared to a residential area. And see how far the implementation of the Health Protocol in Makassar City Student Flats refers to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020. The research location is in two student flats in Makassar City, namely Rusunawa Hasanuddin University, and the Rusunawa Muslim University of Indonesia. The data analysis technique was carried out through descriptive quantitative methods by scoring the achievement of indicators of the Healthy Home Principles in the form of dry (not damp) floors and walls, a minimum window opening area of 1/9 of the floor space, openings that can be penetrated by sunlight, the availability of natural lighting and artificial lightingin the dining room area, efforts to overcome the danger of fire in the kitchen area, waterproof walls, vents, and good lighting in the bathroom.
