Description Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a fertilizer that is applied to the leaves. The advantage of providing fertilizer through the leaves in a way that is more easily absorbed by plants, both macro, and micronutrient. The objectives of this research were conducted to 1) effect of the best POC concentration on the growth of pepper seeds; 2) the best time to fertilizer the pepper seedlings; and 3) the interaction between POC concentration and fertilization time on the growth of pepper seeds. This study used a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) and was arranged in a factorial consisting of 2 factors in 3 replications. The first factor is the provision of liquid organic fertilizer (k) which consists of 3 levels (k1=5 cc/L water, k2=10 cc/L water, k3=15 cc/L water). The second factor is the time of fertilization (f) which consists of 3 levels, (f1=once every 5 days, f2=once every 10 days, f3=15 days). The data obtained were tested for analysis of variance followed with the least significant difference test (LSD) at the 5% level. The results showed that the concentration of POC was significant to the growth of pepper seeds, which was shown in the percentage of growth, root length, shoot dry weight, and shoot ratio. The best POC concentration is 15 cc/L water. The time of POC fertilization did not significantly affect the growth of pepper seeds. There was no interaction between POC concentration and fertilization time for pepper seedling growth for all variables.
