Description ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kristen Kawagkoan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Kristen Kawagkoan yang berjumlah 130 guru. Sample dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan Rumus Slovin yang mengambil responden sebanyak 130 Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner berskala likert 5-4-3-2-1. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.00<0.05, Kompetensi Sosial Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, Kompetensi Sosial Guru secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh juga terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor F-hitung> F-tabel (65.81>2.47).
