Neuroendocrine tumor (NET) is a group of heterogeneous tumors originating in the diffuse neuroendocrine system [1,2]. It can be found in various parts of the body, but is most often found in the digestive tract and the bronchus. Primary NET in the spinal canal is extremely rare. In May 2019, our department admitted one patient with primary intraspinal NET, and the report is as follows.
